Cinnamon always reminds me of gingerbread, fall, winter... a comforting flavor for cold seasons.

Cinnamon can be used in so many different ways, whether we use it in salted meals or desserts, in apple or pear sauce, pies, or even in drinks like warm apple juice or the famous «pumpkin spice latté» from a famous American coffee shop chain, we always enjoy it!

Not only does cinnamon bring a nice spicy flavor that makes our taste buds excited (for those who like it, of course…), but it has numerous benefits and is a valuable ally for our health. I had a nice time looking for information about this surprising ingredient and felt like sharing what I could find.
