Weather conditions will be typical of late autumn during the next few days. Precipitation will focus more towards the southern and southwestern half while the northeast will remain dry for the most part.

Following two rather significant rain events during the first half of April, there will still be more showers and thundershowers especially over the northeastern parts during the next few days, relocating to the western and central areas (more typical autumn pattern) next week.
During the exceptionally warm Arctic summer of 2019, Greenland lost 600 billion tons of ice, enough to raise global sea levels by 2.2 millimeters in two months.
