Lymph and Fascia
Lots of people believe that lymphatic massage, dry brushing and other drainage techniques are enough to improve lymph flow, but the lymphatic system is only one part of the body's waste removal process.
The lymph collects waste and excess fluid from the tissues, but that waste must ultimately leave the body through the kidneys, liver, bile, lungs, skin and bowel. If these organs are not functioning efficiently, waste cannot be cleared properly, causing congestion, puffiness and a feeling of heaviness.
Chronic stress can make this worse because the body slows many normal functions, including waste elimination, when it is in a constant state of "survival mode." Instead of focusing only on the lymph, the body should be supported as a whole by improving the function of its natural elimination pathways and addressing the underlying causes of poor drainage.
Lymphatic drainage techniques is not enough .Lymph flows through the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds the body's muscles, organs and other structures. When the fascia is well hydrated and flexible, lymph can move more freely. If it becomes dehydrated and stiff, lymph flow may be reduced, leaving you feeling swollen or congested despite using drainage methods. Good hydration depends not only on drinking water but also on adequate electrolytes such as sodium, potassium and magnesium, which help water enter and remain in the body's tissues. Regular movement is equally important because the lymphatic system has no pump of its own. Activities such as walking, stretching, deep breathing and other gentle movements help keep lymph circulating and support the body's natural drainage process.

The Real Reason People Become Overweight-
When people approach me and ask for help with their weight problems, I am often surprised by how much money they have already spent on countless weight-loss programmes without achieving lasting success. The reason is simple: the real underlying cause of their weight gain was never identified or addressed. Instead, they were offered one quick fix after another, each promising rapid results but often costing a great deal of money and sometimes leading to unwanted side effects. Lasting weight management begins by understanding why the body is storing excess weight and correcting the underlying problems, rather than simply treating the symptoms.
Being overweight is not always simply the result of eating too much or exercising too little. While calories do play a role, the body is much more complex than that. Weight gain often happens when several systems in the body are no longer working together properly.
One of the biggest factors is poor energy production inside the cells. Every cell relies on mitochondria to produce energy. CANCER- The medical system need to take notice
