The main objective of this submission is a suggestion for the serious consideration of an alternative economic plan that can create economic growth and increase the income of the government to solve the very serious fiscal problems of the growing gap between its income and expenditure, higher budget deficits and government debt.

It cannot be allowed that the country loses its status as a developing country and be downgraded to an underdeveloped country with no economic growth, even greater fiscals and socio-economic problems of poverty, famine, unemployment, inequality and human suffering. The sole intention of this submission is an honest approach with the hope that it can contribute to the creation of economic growth as well as the prosperity, progress and development of the country and all its people.
